About Me
I am a tech-savvy individual with a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. I am the heart and soul behind JBM Virtual Solutions. My journey into the world of freelancing is a story of transformation, resilience, and a desire for a better work-life balance.
Before becoming a freelancer, I spent more than 17 years immersed in the world of accounting. I began my career as a lone accounting staff, handling a myriad of tasks ranging from invoicing and monitoring accounts receivable to managing payroll and reporting statutory benefits. As the company expanded, so did my responsibilities. Despite the challenges, I embraced the opportunity to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. The management recognized my capabilities and entrusted me with the responsibility of streamlining billing process of five new start-up subsidiary companies. In December 2023, I concluded my corporate career, a significant milestone in my professional journey.
I am deeply committed to continuous learning and skill enhancement. To stay competitive in the Virtual Assistant field, I have completed Administrative Support, Social Media Management, and Bookkeeping courses. This ongoing education fuels my passion and equips me with the necessary skills to serve my clients better.
